I recently acquired a Altec tube theater amp. It was made for the Century Projector Corporation in New York. On the bottom plate it says "W5-16 Power Amplifier". It uses 2 807 tubes plus a 5R4GY rectifier. Has no preamp, but uses a input transformer PI for the 807s. It has huge transformers on it, all potted, with stickers that
say "Altec Lansing Corporation Hollywood California Made in USA" plus the model numbers of the transformers. The power transformer's model# is TJ-618D, the output is TL-217A, and the input is TP-211. The B+
runs around 700VDC and it cathode biased with huge power resistors indise the chassis. Any information is appreciated.
